Return & Refund Policy

At Aloe Ferox Products, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled at the discretion of management. We will consider returns in the case of:

Damaged items received upon delivery

Incorrect items delivered

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at aloeforders@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage or an incorrect order, Aloe Ferox Products will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds
If a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
